Each medical sales and pharmaceutical sales candidate presented by Tom Ruff Company has been through our detailed screening and qualifying process.  After completing an in-depth on-line application, each candidate goes through a personal phone screen and finally, has a face-to-face meeting with one of our recruiters.

Candidates are assigned homework as a means of determining their commitment level prior to being presented with career opportunities.

Only when we feel that we can accurately assess each candidate’s strengths, qualifications and level of commitment, will we submit a carefully selected group of pre-qualified candidates for each opening.
